Prices

Prices are per night and room including final cleaning.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer.
We will provide you with our bank details by e-mail.

Arrival & departure

On your arrival day the rooms will be ready at 11 a.m.
Please make sure to vacate the rooms by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Cancellation policy according to art. 1382 of the Italian civil code

You can cancel your room free of charge no later than 3 days before your arrival.

In the event of no-show or early departure, the fee is due in full for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in good time if you arrive later or at all!

IMPORTANT:

This cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are rented out again in whole or in part.

Data protection

In accordance with the Italian Data Protection Code no. 196/2003, we inform you that your data will be used and stored exclusively for processing your inquiry and will not be disclosed or disseminated to third parties.
